Process Flow & Duration Estimation

Customize designs from tech packs  & drawings to physical sample

Step 1 : Receive & Review Teckpack from the customer (2-3 days)

A tech pack is frequently used as a first step and a helpful tool in establishing all of the measurements and information. It helps our sample makers understand the design better. After we receive the designs from the customer, we will start to work right away.

Creat Paper pattern (2-4 Days)

Sample makers  will make the paper pattern according to drawings.

Step 3:Mockup Communication (1-2 Days)

You can see the construction/shape of the bag is doing good or not and make sure the outcome is what you want. we will start the prototype after your comments on a mockup

We will turn your design ideas into fantastic product!

Step 5:Bulk Production (35-45 Days)

Our skillful workers have rich  experience in making different types of bags.

Step 6:Quality Control

We have strict internal quality control and mainly for 3 parts, inline, pre-final, and final, Inline check-ups mean those pre-process like cut-panels,  edge painting, embroidery,  the hardware placed, accessories… 
For more details, we will provide a detailed production schedule to the customer and make sure every requirement is being met.

Step 7:Package & Shipping

As we know different customers have different packing requirements, we will 100% follow the packing guidelines we receive.

Yes. We can customize the bag based on your sketches and customize the logo/webbing/other trimmings like zip puller/hardware for you. Please just let us know your need!
OEM samples:$35-$70 Regular Customer: $0 For our long-term customers,we won’t charge extra  sample fees.
Our  normal MOQ is 200 pcs/ style.We’d like to grow up with customers.
-Yes, we will return sample fees or deduct sample fees on the order amount if one style order quantity reach  600 pcs/style.
It is based on how complicated the bag is. Normally it takes 7-10 days for sampling. But if we need to open a mold for hardware, it takes longer. If it’s urgent samples for some buying meeting, upscale plans, or trade fairs, please kindly let us know in advance, so we can arrange it faster and meet your date!
Yes, we can offer additional services like sourcing webbing, trimmings, ropes, and Color cards…and send them to you.You just need to simply send us the description of the things you are looking for.
We promise to remake the samples asap if something’s wrong or you are not satisfied with it.
