DEVELOPMENTS & SAMPLE ORDER
1.How do I send inquiry & start new sample development?

Our experienced product manager will discuss and confirm all the product details with you.
2.How much is the sample cost?
OEM samples:$35-$50
Regular Customer: $0
(Wanna know what the VIP sample cost policy for our regular customers is?-Pls kindly contact us by email)
3. Will sample fees be returned if I place a larger quantity of orders?
-Yes, we will return sample fees or deduct sample fees on the order amount if one style order quantity reach 600 pcs/style

4.Why is the sample cost ?
Unlike some standard products like water bottles, paper cup, handbags are customised,and the whole sampling process includes lots of labor work and time, the general process is: receive designs from customers →→study the design→→create paper pattern & buy all materials for the sample→→make mock-up for checking the shape & size &fitting →→we will send photos & video to customers for checking →→ improve mock-up based on customer comments→→make physical samples→ packing →→ deliver
5.Can I 100% customize my designs?
Yes,sure.
6.What is the sample delivery time?
Around 7-10days, it depends on how complicated is the bag.
7. Can you help me source materials for color cards?
Yes, we can offer additional services like sourcing webbing, trimmings, ropes, and Color cards…and send them to you.You just need to simply send us the description of the things you are looking for.
8. What if I am not satisfied with the sample ?
We promise to remake the samples asap if something’s wrong or you are not satisfied with it.
ORDERS & PAYMENT TERMS
1 . What’s your MOQ:
Our MOQ is 200 pcs/ style.We’d like to grow up with customers.
2. We are just a small brand or start-up company, as you already worked with bigger customers,do you think we could work together?
YES, we look forward to working with new customers from around the world and enlarging our footprints on the globe, and that’s why we started to build up this website to deliver our messages and values. Besides, we have a new customer growth plan and we will update it on the website very soon.
3. What’s the production lead time?
35-55days,depends on how complicated are the bags and status of materials stock availability.
Normally, if materials are not in stock, that means we need to customize materials & hardware, which takes 15-20 days .And if all materials are in stock, that means we are able to shorten the production lead time by 2 weeks.
4. What are your payment terms?
We wrok with TT ( 30% Deposit in advance, 70% balance payment before delivery(after your QC inspection) Or L/C at sight.
For small amount,we also accept Paypal,Western Union.
4. What's your trade terms?
We are flexible with trade terms: FOB, EXW,CIF,door to door -all are workable with us.
5.How to ship the goods? what's your shipping ways?
We are flexible with different shipping ways,it depends on your budget and timelines .
For Airship:we work with DHL,Fedex,UPS
Sea Freight:We have trusted forwarder or you could designated your own forwarder
